Scyntax LLC ("Scyntax", "we", "our", or "us") operates the MantisDoc mobile application and related services.

MantisDoc allows users to scan, import, and manage documents.

Documents created or scanned in MantisDoc are stored locally on the user's device by default. If the user chooses to enable account features, backups, syncing, or sharing features, selected information may be securely transmitted to backend services.
Scyntax does not access document contents unless required for a feature initiated by the user.
Camera Access
MantisDoc requests camera access so users can scan documents.
- • Camera access is only used when the user actively selects the Scan feature.
- • Camera data is not recorded or transmitted except when the user captures a document image.
Photo Library Access
The app may request access to the device photo library to allow users to import images as documents.
- • Images are accessed only when the user selects them for import.
Purchase and Subscription Information
MantisDoc may offer optional premium features through subscriptions.
Purchases are processed through:
- • Apple App Store
- • Google Play Store
Subscription management may use RevenueCat to verify purchase status.
Scyntax does not collect or store payment card details.

MantisDoc may use limited diagnostic or crash reporting tools to improve application reliability. These tools do not access document contents.
MantisDoc does not use advertising trackers.
